I was a bit shocked to see us at +3.5 versus the Patriots. I really thought something more like +6.5 or 7.5.

interesting they are scared of Buffalo run game, but not Chargers run game. Hampton and Vidal schools in session and Herb with some back breaking scrambles

This is the best possible outcome considering the Chargers glaring oline issues.
Maye has had it on Easy St all year and now Minter comes to town..
Hampton and Vidal should eat.

Pittsburgh would have been a breeze for us, in my opinion. I think New England is the next favorable matchup for us.

I'm going to try and channel Chargeroo for this one. I do believe him, and I were both at the AFL Championship game in Balboa stadium Jan 5th 1964 when we beat the Patriots 51-10.

They were the Boston Patriots and we were the San Diego Chargers. I barely remember so now it is OUR turn again. It's been a long time.

Not a fan of those unfiorms - meaning the powder blue pants but whatever - least of the concerns

Patriots are a good matchup as not sure they have the Edge pass rush ability of some other teams. That said, the offense is VERY explosive and the Chargers need to watch the big play

On offense, I think they need to run the ball - it worked for the Bills and Roman needs to figure out time for Herbert as I think the defense can be taken advantage of.

3rd downs - can the Chargers stay on the field and can the defense get off the field
At least a fun week to look forward too before the waiting all day Sunday to play
