Lynn has a good background given being a former winning player and having exposure to some very good coaches. He has a leadership mentality and teaches it. Watching the facebook videos shows a lot more into his approach to each game.
When Mccoy came on there were things I liked about him but when it came down to dealing with adversity he shriveled up and had no clue how to lead from the bottom. Lynn hasnt panicked starting 0-4 and just seems comfortable leading game to game and bending with the situation. Never nervous....makes decisions and trusts his coaches. I think he is a great hire. He would be a guy who you could sit down to lunch with and hed make you feel at home...it aint about him...he is selfless. Dont find these guys every day.
