Again, he is not going to fill the role Henry was expected to fill, and he isn't going to make us forget about Antonio Gates, but Kendricks has been a decent receiver at TE in the fairly recent past and he's only 31. He caught 50 passes for the Rams in Goff's rookie season. I think he will certainly contribute and help the offense.

We are quite deep in talent at RB now with Gordon back.
I believe the King James connection was significant. We do not play modern football.

But Gordon makes an OL look better. I think Ek is an amazing gem of a weapon. We need Gordon. We need good luck. We need to not be so spent physically in the 4th quarter.
TT used to talk about the hammer. He would show up to the draft with an actual hammer. It was supposed to signify the types of players he wants. Gordon is our hammer.
Overall no doubt having him helps.
I wonder when we can expect to see Okung back.Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:
- 69-74 record
- 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
- Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
- 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
- 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
- Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
- Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

I am glad Gordon is back, while I don't think we have missed him as much as some others, I do think we will really need him full speed down the stretch to have any chance.I'll ride the wave...where it takes me.
