For the most part I think they have done a good job using Ekeler. However, running him off tackle when the Broncos D had9 men in the box on 3rd and short is not using him right.

Yeah, using your smallest RB in a situation where you need your biggest back makes zero sense.

Now that Gordon is back, Jackson isn't being used at all even though he is now healthy.

Did you notice the Donks matched personnel and were heavier vs pass than run? I did.

Good idea personnel wise, but the Donks stunted right into our zone.

Melvin is a solid back, certainly nothing elite about him though.
TT overpaid for him in the first place. No way he does it again. Too many other holes( read: the trenches) to fill.
