I like him as the starting RB better than I initially liked MG in that role. Talk about a long honeymoon.

After too much hardballing, even AJ was undermined by Spanos in the Dielman case...and then, AJ would sometimes extend the deals of still unproven players like Jyles Tucker or sign headcases like Big Lazy for megabucks only for the Bolts to get left holding the bag...I think TT, after a few initial errors, has turned into a very good GM...

I don't think anyone is viewed as a workhorse. They will probably have a very similar snap count between JJ and Ek.
