Hmmm...let's see...all Rivers did was make a very mild comment about what a nice group of RB's we have, not even dissing MG3 at all, and White is reacting as if Rivers just called Gordon the worst name in the book. Meanwhile, there is this about White, so consider the source:

Per ESPN, USC sports information director Tim Tessalone said White was in a "very loud and heated disrespectful conversation with Pat. Pat was trying to calm him down and make sense of what he was saying" but that Haden did not have White ejected from the stadium. Haden said he didn't see White after the game."

I'm honestly more pissed about Melvin sayin wild right.Like he is some kinda victim gettin shit on by Rivers.Honestly never was a huge fan of Gordon as our pick and now seeing how he's handling this situation he created make me wish we would have went in another direction draftday.

PLayers (and former players) always support one another in contract talks. They NEVER consider that there is a hard salary cap. They always think there is some way around the cap, and everyone can get what they want. It doesn't help that a few teams play fast and lose with the rules and pay via credit card, putting off the payments until it is about to blow up in their faces.

Wow, interesting stuff there, Sarge! Yes, when you look at the stats, they don't lie, do they? Think of it: For every big outside run Gordon breaks off, it seems there's 2-3 Gordon up the gut for nada or just a small gain runs.

When you go to NFL.COM and compare MG3 vs. Ekkie, here's what we get:

Gordon - Career YPC: 4.0
Ekkie - Career YPC: 5.3

Not even close. Now, last year, it was fairly close with Gordon at 5.1 and Ekkie at 5.2. Do I think the Bolts are better off with MG3 in the lineup? Yes. But is MG3 as great as he thinks he is? No.
