Problem is a 1 year 10 m deal is 10mil against a cap we don't have 10m to spare. That and 10m is way over paying for Mccoy.
Don't think a declining RB is gonna put us over the top. Tunsil or Trent Williams would help more than Mccoy if you are going to pay someone big money.

I think you're right - either tomorrow or Monday, not sure which. They don't have to wait for the actual first game - i think they count the prep week as week 1 has started.

I think Gordon will be getting awful nervous about now. I think he knows the club wants him but TT sticking to his valuation. Gordon is going to end up losing money by the week at this point and giving Jackson a golden opportunity here. Rosters are solidifying and cap space is closing fast. Wont be many teams to talk with soon Gordy....get the pen out and sign that TT deal before he yanks it for an OT trade.
