The other issue is whether or not we have the right OL coach. I found this yesterday, and it is an interesting read. I'm not sure this is the best methodology to evaluate a coach by, however.

Interesting to note how many of these guys have coached for the Chargers [#34 Jeff Davidson ('16), #18 Pat Meyers ('17-'19), #12 Dave DeGuielmo (assistant OL '16),#7 Joe D'Alessandris ('13-'15)]

A few things from that article:
1) Wish we had kept Joe D. But alas, he got scapegoated by McCoy.
2) Despite decent numbers, DeGuielmo lasted only one season with the Colts
3) Hal Hunter #15 was here during the Norv year
4) This part of the article makes me wonder: "Others, like Munchak and the Chargers' Pat Meyer, are historically good in Sack Value but historically poor in TFL Value." Based on footballoutsider (in 2018 at least), it actually the opposite. But if you go back to 2017, it holds true.

True but the Raiders had a following here before they were announced to be coming here. Many people from CA are moving here as well so that will help them. Had they came here with a rebrand, i may have been a fan since the Chargers moved to LA. But since they didnt , not going to be a fan and stay he status quo of hoping they suck. Now im hoping we get a MLB team.

Sad but true. They were popular here. Good news for us though. This means jobs. It'll take construction crews and staffing for the extra prisons we'll need to build to handle the influx of tens of thousands of Raiders fans 8 times a year. Only 8 times though. I can't see them getting to the playoffs anytime soon.

The guy earned it. In the PS I watched he was in on just about every tackle. That and he was an ST stud. That'll get you on a roster in a hurry.

It is just names. Kyzir's starting MIKE. Dzub never sees the field on D. JBROWN is never playing OTTO. Teamer will play some safety if active.
