He was given a 3 year extension following the 12-4 season in the off-season. He isn't going anywhere for a long time.

This is the real problem for us - our draft picks never seem to contribute right away. For every James we draft, there are 10 guys who take a long time to start helping out. Not sure how much is the players we pick, the way we are coaching them up, or our head coach preferring veteran players.
