Gruden is always shopping for QBs. He has the worst backups in the league under Carr.

So what happens if the Raiders sign TB and we rolling out with Tyrod? Playing Mahommes and Brady twice a year we might just be in contention for T. Lawrence next year.

We are at a solid #24 in way too early Power Rankings per ESPN.
We do not play modern football.

I've seen other odds that have the chargers in a better position.... but even looking at these odds, they are the same as the Bills, Texans and Titans.. how's that? the chargers simply suck and have too many free agents...

Not that I care,....but in today's Las Vegas Paper, the odds of landing Tom Brady are:

                      Patriots -300
                      Raiders 4-1
                      Chargers 6-1

Carr is better than Brady at this point, so if the Raiders want to sign Brady and downgrade themselves at the QB position, then more power to them.
