Minshew is a good get imo. I've said Minshew is a QB that could start on many teams

He can start and be pretty good and if they want they can draft a QB like Rattler or Penix to sit and learn though Minshew will get better himself.

I honestly think the Jacobs signing is much better than the Saquon signing. Packers are loaded top-to-bottom at QB, RB, TE and WR now.

They probably go full OL this draft and not have to worry about their offense for years.

I do like what the Packers have on offense with a QB, RB, WR's all young who can grow together (Jacobs already fully-fledged but the same general age). Well done Pack. They have the Lions to compete with now so the division is getting tougher and may get more difficult depending on what the Bears end up doing.

Raiders are capable at QB now. Not sure this outweighs the loss of Jacobs but it does give them some flexibility and time if they draft one of those young guys

Minchu will be a bridge QB either for Aiden or a QB to be drafted. That contract is not a backup QB contract imo.

I read an article where it basically said if the Vikings want to they can get the Chargers 5! Chargers should not even listen to them for pick 5! The asking price should be minimum picks in round 1, 2 and 3! However if the Vikings want to offer Thier 1, 2, 4th and next year's 1 maybe.
Like I said, competition drives up the price. If the Vikings are interested, their offer will have to impress.

Minshew is cheap enough that he's a decent backup. But if he's the starter, that team isn't winning anything.
Curious to see if the Raiders put themselves in the mix for Nix, McCarthy or Penix. Difficult to see them standing pat with what they have. I want to see them absolutely hosed in a trade up to get their new guy,

If they like McCarthy and want to come up to 5 to get him
                    1, 2, 4 and a future day 2 pick (at worst)

For the record - and this means everything, Jordan Addison and Justin Jefferson are already following JJ McCarthy on instagram

Chargers could get Fuanga at 11

That's not 'starter money', and suggests to me that the Raiders will probably draft a rookie to be groomed behind Minshew.

To build a super front four.
Just a thought that concerns me re how the Chargers roster build.
                        We play modern Harball.

Just saw *this*: Josh Jacobs to the Packers. Facing him twice a year was a TFPITA.

Packers expected to sign ex-Raiders RB Josh Jacobs, release Aaron Jones (nfl.com)
