Its tricky as if the Steelers and Broncos win -- and the Chargers win - the chargers host the Steelers

that said, if the Ravens win, and the chargers win - yes the Chargers should prepare in the central or east coast both for the weather and the time different
plus with the events in LA - if the families are safe - the less the city needs to deal with a team practicing the better

You're being being very kind in your assessment.
Fluker, Verret, and Gordon all showed flashes but burnt out( through injury or performance) too soon.
Bosa, Williams and James have reached degrees of success but again, injuries have left these guys average picks.
      Tillery was just bad.
He hits Home Runs with JH and Slater( props to Telesco, even though, like many, I believe Herbert was lucky)
Zion has been nothing more than a place holder until the new regime can find a replacement.
1st rounders aside, he was unable to build roster depth due to missing on SO many 2nd-4th rounders, guys that should come in on day 1 and compete for positions on all the mediocre teams we fielded.
Telesco has been given now 2 opportunities to run NFL franchises. I can't imagine why he'd get a 3rd chance.

James isn;t an average player. He was misused by Staley - but as we see, he can be very good
Bosa was a good player. Not a bust, not great meaning like TJ Watt or Von Miller, a total disruptor - but I think good, I think this is the end of the road as a Charger though
        The rest, totally agree

Telescos problem was what you correctly identified - anything outside the first round. His track record of getting players second contracts was terrible
and maybe year 1 they don't start - but year 2 they became contributors

Max Tuerk, Mager, Chris Watt, Josh Perry -- on and on
and that is if he didn't trade away 4th round oicks - which he did FOUR times I believe for Te'O Attaochu, Gordon -- or maybe it was three times

It would be classic Raiders to hire Saleh as their next HC and I would love it.

Another example of how Lynn's stubbornness got in the way . . . . . . The guy just could not adjust to anything once it got locked in. It's like options no longer existed in his mind . . . . . .
