Agree....I bet other teams fans think we are loaded at WR while we still think we need to sign Hopkins and trade KA or MW.

We weren't this loaded. Only one poster was claiming we had the best WR corps.
I mean cmon, we had Carter, Guyton and Palmer in his 2nd year.

Now we still have Guyton but Palmer coming off a 72 reception season and added Johnston. Not sure how much Davis can contribute but he adds speed we didn't have.
We are much better off this season.

We should be. But we also saw how it looked when KA and MW were out. Shouldn’t be as bad if just one of those guys is out with QJ but if they’re both down again?

Lol, ok - i doubt that. We have a very solid WR room - Hopkins was great and probably still good - but he’s looking for money. We’d be better to spend that on Edge or Safety.

Hadn't thought of that - that could actually be advantageous depending on the salaries involved, AND finding a sucker who wants to pay Mike or Keenan's current bloated contracts.

I'm on record as against bringing him in (unless he's willing to work for the vet min), but I hadn't thought of the trade aspect. Your right - it won't happen, but ya gotta turn over every rock . . . . . . .
