So does the TT/ Staley/ Moore's crystal ball.
They're going to balance 25-25-3+practice squad players vs opponents, injuries, random vagaries of fate and cap, contract, FA rules.
They'll try to narrow odds against with best possible starters & depth under cap restrictions.
"Best possible" includes fit in position group, cap room,talent, multiple capabilities.
There's a lot to consider but they can't let that paralyze them.
Now is when they put their heads together, set priorities and form a plan for going forward.
We ALL know that good to great players make a difference.
How they fit & complement this team now and in the future, mostly now, is huge.

Yes it's gonna be tough but I've dabbled in the sims a few times. Not really realistic yet as they change all the time but its a time passer lol.

Chargers released, restructured, resigned are a 1st order of business following a meeting of minds including Spanos, TT, Ed, Staley, Moore.
Moore needs to get up to speed on our O as soon as possible. Meet & greets, video study to set up a successful O. Everyone wants to help him but it has to be his for better or worse. He may want to make some changes in his O staff also.
