I think Jax is a team that could sign Rosen. They have Minshew and some rookie, later round pick as the backup.

I can definitely see that. essentially any team that can use lowrisk/high reward.
which is almost any team that isn't already invested in their QBs
i would put us in that category.

If Rosen is on the practice squad isn't he available for another team to grab him?
I wonder what happened to Rosen? he looked like a big time prospect as a Freshman. He's been going downstream since then.

Daniel Popper - who I like and does a good job for the Athletic mentions names like Jaylen Watkins and Addae as depth at SAfety. And I get the price for those two guys will be the minimum

But unless Earl Thomas is a complete a**hat - isn't he a better football player than Watkins and Addae. I get he doesn't play Special Teams but maybe its money - but bring in the better player. He knows the Bradley system I would think. Unless they want the guy on Special Teams - makes no sense.

We need ET to play SS. He’s a FS centerfielder that seems to have problems. It’s not great if a team like the Ravens can’t put up with him after a year.

Colts wouldn’t have room for Rosen since they already have a developmental guy in Eason. Colts also have Kelly.

I just don't see a high reward with Rosen. Imo he will be a bust and has one foot out the door and the other in a banana peel.
Granted he has been in two different systems in his 2 NFL years but a talented QB can overcome that and show something. He is cheap now and still got released.

I actually could see Rosen doing good in L.A. again with Mcvey and the Rams.
