If there are better options, for the same or cheaper price - don't you have to look into. Okung for Turner. Cheaper and probably better. I just think all options need to be open to improve the team. Again, not sure what value he has - maybe a 4th round pick at best.

Could always offer a simple restructure to be earned back with incentives or he can test the market and find a trade? $9m plus incentives might be better than the free market. NFL kind of sucks this way but other teams are doing it

chargers need a DT big time..

hence if the Chargers do not sign Brady or an expensive QB - I think DT is almost as big a priority as OT.
