I'd love to see both Royal and Flowers come back. Royal has been a great slot receiver for us and has definitely developed some chemistry with Rivers (the Cards game aside). I love his attitude and he seems like the exact kind of team first guy that fits our team culture.
Thoughts on the game and season thus far

Love the work ethic Royal seeimingly brings, but there's no way I overpay for his services. I won't say he's easily replaceable, but he can certainly be replaced via the draft. Priority for me is Dunlap, Flowers, and probably Wright this offseason. I would rather go after Randall Cobb this offseason if he hits FA.

I know the Chargers are playing great football because... FOX Sports LATAM has been broadcasting their games every sunday down here in Mexico.... this is a rare thing...
And for the record Tijuana is not Mexico, there is more.

Schein wrote a very nice article about the Chargers (I was kind of shocked that he didn't mention the glaring YPC elephant in the room), but it's way too early for all of the accolades in it IMO. We haven't gotten to the meat of our schedule yet. Maybe the 40 years of being a Charger fan has severely tempered my enthusiasm?
