I had one....still do. I didnt have a problem finding Lefty gloves. I still have my 1976 ish Wilson A2000 glove as well. Hec we even had a left handed catchers mitt lol.

Idk, i didnt find it. Pops or the manager found it. I only used it once in a game. The only time I played catcher and only for 3 innings as our regular catcher got injured.

I played catcher once, crept forward too close and got hit in the head with a bat. I pitched and played 1B, and my dad did find me a 1B glove - but it wasn’t easy. Every sports store I ever went in had 10x RH gloves per 1 LH glove. Just wrong.

We were on the same team in Pony league. Played against each other in Highschool. He went to My Carmel, I was at Poway High.
He never really made it as a player in MLB but was a force on his way to getting there.

That's my measure for knowing how good he was and still didn't make it big there. Professional Sports is hard.
