My gut told me Tua....made too much sense rebranding, but Miami took him. My head told me Simmons...special player. My heart told me Herbert...I think he was under coached, and has the right mental makeup(humility) to be fixed, while Tyrod gets his shot.

    I believe.
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB, Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

He is the third best QB in this draft (maybe 2nd given Tua’s potential injury). He is physically talented, extremely smart, good kid. In fact, he has more physical talent than Burrow and Tua. He needs some good coaching and I sure hope the Chargers can provide it because his flaws are all correctable but it has to start right away. I really think the CHargers would have taken Tua if they could have. But I am not going to root against Herbert just to make Telesco or John Spanos look bad.

Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

I'm a Ducks fan and I'm dissapointed. Time to start hoping he'll surprise me.

EUGENE, Ore. — There was a time when all anyone knew about Justin Herbert — who went sixth to San Diego on Thursday night in the first round of the draft — was that he belonged to a fishing club.
              San Diego??? Wow!

At least we didn't trade up.

That's the only positive I have.

Now, do I think they will really do that? Probably not.
I actually agree with you. I just think his ceiling is more Andy dalton and that doesn’t excite me too much

Agreed - they will need to work with him on a faster release or it will lead to a lot of fumbles in the NFL. Certainly has the physical tools though. The pick is not going to generate as much buzz as our new uniforms, so what is that saying about it??

He’s really not the third best qb in this draft when you watch the tape. It’s his potential upside that has evaluators rising him up the board. Right now he’s about the 5-6th best QB, time will tell.
