Or might be better at Right Tackle as opposed to Left Tackle.

I guess thats why I am higher on Walker Little than maybe others. He seems to be a true left tackle prospect. And if not for the injury, probably is more of a first round prospect. I also understand with Little that means probably signing a veteran to have for depth for this season.

If there were a prototype LT in this draft then Shirley the Bengals would select him (Sewell).

Now doesn’t mean he can’t fill that position next level at a very high level, just teams prefer more length.

Hey this could work out in Herbert (Chargers) favor yet. No doubt, if given the chance, Chargers would draft him or move up a couple slots to get him.

Being from Eugene, I admit bias, sometimes though after being disappointed numerous times, use self preservation tactics to rationalize the gravity of situation.

I really have a hard time believing that a guy can't play LT if his arms are a fraction less that 34''.
Remember when it was thought that a QB had to be tall to be successful in the NFL? Now, it's been proven over and over that's not true.

That's because there are a handful of real good prospects at OT this year.

There's no denying we still need a LT.
I think it's similar to last season when we passed on some very good players to take a QB that many thought was not a good prospect.
I think we'll see that happen again this year, we'll take a OT that many don't like and we'll have to pass on some real talented players to take our OT (I'm guessing Darrisaw), but if he turns out as well as JH10, all will be happy.
