Aaron Donald dominated as never seen at Mobile. He was just as impressive in IND. How he fell into Jeff Fisher's lap at #15 I cannot explain...unusual profile (like Raimann) ?

There is no Aaron Donald in this draft. I like my mid round value picks at Dline/EDGE, especially when adding them to our existing roster.

Around here, groupthink, protecting the franchise is still of the highest positional value. That is why, even if it looks like a bit of a reach now, or there are other pressing needs, Raimann makes a lot of sense. Might want to add another OG later, third day on interior lineman as well to insulate Herbert now and cut down on his pressures moving forward.

I saw all of Bellinger’s games as an alum. I’ve really never seen him play up to the hype he’s carried for at least the last 2 years. I don’t see explosivenesses as a weapon, he’s fluid but not fast (4.8 40?). Very modest production at SDSU but he played with the worst aggregation of NCAA QB play I’ve ever watched. He has the prototypical size to be a stout blocking TE to stay on the field 3 downs. I see him ranked from 10 to 15 in the TE class. I wouldn’t hate it, just not sold he changes any equation we need to solve.

Not saying he won't, not saying he will. He didn't play up to the competition at the senior bowl.

I'm not really opposed to anyone. I would expect him to struggle as a rookie.

I got him at the end of the 7th round. Worth the flyer IMHO.
