1.5 hours w/Voch.... (see link @bottom of post if so inclined)

Karlaftis top 10, Jordan Davis love/super fantastic, high on Derek Stingley, Nakobe Dean top ten/best tape, Chris Olave has hellah film too, Kenyon Green is king/powerful LG/fantastic film, went LT against Will Anderson, why the hell he fallin', Ikem is a sizzler, immediate help available @guard, LB or WR round one, Nakobe >> Kenyon Green, doesn't trust PFF, 'specially in reference to Penning's run block grade of 99.9,

no first round Breece Hall, ditto for Boye Mafe, Tyler Smith (doesn't think him nor Penning play tackle so well, and Smith might be better than Trevor), not so high on JJ2 neither, good/fun player, not overly refined << Nakobe, Jordan D., Linderbaum, Olave, Ojabo.... don't need injured players in September.... need 'em in January.

Pickens (film is scant) ~ JW/GW, Sky Moore is a slot receiver,

Sam Williams in play @79, Muma/Chenal not second rounders, Lewis Cine 2nd >> Kyle Ham 1st, Damone Clark don't tackle/hit nobody, guard pickin's lookin' slim come round 4, Jelani Woods better than all of the TEs (from cohost Skywalker), LB Christian Harris has no idea what's goin' on/needs to see, Myjai Sanders can play the run, but got smoked by Alabama/Evan Neal, not much sand in his pants, not much for Alec Pierce, likes DeAngelo Malone

he's a (high) floor guy, wants to see/know what you got for me right now, not a ceiling guy, doesn't want a project, i.e. Bernhard Raimann (needs to get s'more sand in his pants)

          Sure.

I was only predicting that we trade pick 17 and move up.

Nothing intended towards you are Voch.

Voch got Slater > Penei right last year... but that was about it.
He had Leatherwood as a tackle (not guard)
He called Darrisaw "lazy"... and the rest followed.
He had Radunz, Leatherwood, Eichenburg, and Mayfield all rated higher than Sam Cosmi.

I used to like/watch Voch a lot. Last year, I disagreed with a lot of his evals, tho.
Take each "expert" with a grain of salt. Make sure to watch tape yourself.
Sometimes "experts" get lazy and the echo-chamber takes control...

He’s most definitely Dallas first guy. Unique style, entertaining and adds another voice in the room.

If Penning is gone, I draft Green and play him at RT. He's played there in college. He handled Anderson playing LT very well. So RT shouldn't be a problem. continue to hunt OL though after this pick.

Last time before Slater, Chargers used a first on OL was 2013, Fluker, that didn’t turn out to well. That aside, lots of Charger fans around here like Green, maybe more Slater, but Staley seems hell bent on using resources to create his own defensive juggernaut. Think last season nearly killed him, inside.

almost certain it would have been Ojabo until his Pro Day. Now maybe one of the Georgia defensive players? If Jordan Davis slides by the Texans and couple other teams imagine impact he could have with free agent signings, Mack & Bosa. No way they can double team him and no way one dude could block him. Seems like best fit, highest floor, biggest impact, literally.

actually leanin' trade down.... think Lombardi's cluster is something like Stingley, Jordan Davis, Kenyon Green, Olave and Nakobe.... think he'd take Karlaftis as well if he made it to 24.... think he's ok w/Linderbaum as well, and even George Pickens as early as mid first round.

don't think the half of 'em are gonna make it to Dallas, but if we traded down w/Az, right in front of them for a Bosa/Stanley redux.... who would you take/target ??

DeCastro went 23 to Pitt, lotta peoples like Olave, and Zion could well be on the board as well....

personally, if Garrett Wilson is off the board @17, am keen to trade down a handful of spots or so ??

he's callin' JJ2 "lazy" too, and.... just didn't see it w/Cosmi last year.... has he really played that well in his rookie campaign ??

and jftr, do think he's ahead of the curve w/most of his keystone guys, as he's higher of some of his guys than most.

the only one am not sold on of his pickin's is Karlaftis.... don't think he's worth 17, let alone top ten, altho he does come in a flurry @the Olineman.

personally suspect that Davis comes off the board before 17, but even so, not so sure that Stalesco would select him there ?? we've got the two FAs and Tillery on the IDL already.

also not sure Staley is hell bent on a juggernaut, as he has preached completeness from his roster.... as mentioned before, there is @present one gaping hole on the roster.... Oline.

and not aware that many peoples are so inclined toward Green, as Zion seemed to be gaining momentum for a bit there.... guard is the practical pick, but not sure if that is the best get/value for us ??

if I recall, Ninj didn't care for the either of Garrett Wilson (JAG), nor George Pickens, albeit think he was ok w/Zion (perhaps not @17, but as a day two value ?)
