Explosive, playmaking safety. Doesn't transition well out of his backpedal than needs work. Once he gets out of it, he flies. Tackling reliability isn't great. Boom-or-bust player that can be star as free safety with Derwin James. (Chris Trapasso)

Granted, don't expect Woods to see the field very often, except Teams( nice to know TT thinks we're so good we can draft Teams fodder in R3)

His nickname at Baylor was "The Heartbreak Kid", because he creates a lot of turnovers. Incredibly rangy, can free Derwin up to play all over the place. Someone compared him to Earl Thomas. Gives Staley a lot of flexibility in calling defenses.

A 3rd rounder is going to have flaws. If hes coachable we have a guy to grow into the role as clearly he has the range and ballhawk skills. I dont know if hes starting immediately but a good addition where we did need help.

While I was hoping for an OT in the third round, this pick has Staley's fingerprints all over it. A good bit of his listed weaknesses are coachable and some time in the weight room will help.

Yeah you cant merge posts from a thread into another. You cant merge anything. Its broken. Just check the boxes of the posts you want to move. And "MOVE" them to a thread. Its the "Move to an existing thread" option. Then you paste the thread link in that box. Sucks i know but TPB insides are all whack. lol

I am gonna try real hard to like this pick....but for right now, I just can't get past Travis Jones being within very cheap reach of us, and we sat tight so we could draft this guy and hang on to a lousey 6th round pick...I really can't see the sense in that, but I guess I don't really know what this team needs....The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...
Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

Guys are in the 3rd round for a reason — even the "steals" that knuckleheads on the board fall in love with.
