I am gonna try real hard to like this pick....but for right now, I just can't get past Travis Jones being within very cheap reach of us, and we sat tight so we could draft this guy and hang on to a lousey 6th round pick...I really can't see the sense in that, but I guess I don't really know what this team needs....

If Chargers really wanted Travis Jones, it would have been not too expensive to jump over the Ravens.

Ravens traditionally pick DTs in the 3rd....wasn't a big surprise.

Jones could have been available and Telesco still would have chosen Wood, and we would be crushed.

He may also be playing safety with Adderly in coverage while Derwin plays closer the LOS.

Most of those turnovers were bad passes that happened to go to Woods. There were a couple of good plays in there, but on most of them, any decent safety makes the same turnover. On the positive side, he is very fast, so if he gets out in front on a turnover, it is over.
