It never crossed my mind that Van Ness would be an option. Him.

Van Ness is 1 of the small handful of defenders I'd want over a few in my offensive cluster.
      P1. Block Destruction - Ogbonnia
      P2. Shocking Effort - Eboigbe
      P3. Ball Disruption - Ford

Pipe dreaming. Both these players are being mocked well ahead of 21. IF any players fall to us like when Derwin did for sure you have to consider.

Thats a toughie...but I like Van Ness learning from our 2 stars, and contributing on passing downs...like the upside.

Never been a fan of adding value to a prospect, based on the premise of keeping them away from a rival...but I would be madder than hell if KC somehow manages to nab Zay Flowers...and he is gonna work out with Mahomes in texas....taking a cb at 21, and watching them take Flowers...I would feel like they inched furthur ahead in the arms race...cant help it...

Murphy is in my first round cluster - so, my answer is Murphy.

To even think we have the luxury in this draft to have this problem at pick at #21. (Evil Laugh!)

Kyle Van Ness has higher upside imo and that's what gives him an edge as a prospect.

On the other hand, Myles Murphy's name is an alliteration, Tom Telesco is a fan of those....

I really like Van Ness's ability to adapt and change direction to either sack or hurry the QB or tackle the ball carrier...imagine having him on the Bolts, with Mack there to mentor him...BOOM!

I can just hear Chris Berman now:

                        To infinity and Bijan

                        Lucas Van "Loch" Ness

I wonder what his cabby is telling him?

Maybe with the Saints proposal.since we get an early 3rd. But it depends.
I get some like to use that trade chart but it's just a guide and isn't required to be matched point for point.

If a team really wants to trade up for a player they really want, they'll concede some points to get their guy.
ONLY if we propose a trade down to them would we possibly need to do that.
For that Cowboys trade down scenario, I'd rather keep 156 than get two seventh rounders.
I’m sorry those are not Poppers picks, I did that for example. He plotted trade down partners and accordingly what draft value chart suggested.
