I may be a fighting Illini homer....but I would love either one, or both, of the Brown brothers on this team come fall...Chase is a very talented RB with great instincts and vision...but his brother killed the testing at the combine. This is a guy who seems to be everywhere, and in on every play. I thought perhaps his athleticism would be a limiter in the NFL, but he checked all those boxes, too. I think as a safety prospect, he is gonna surprise in the NFL. A bit on the short side, but definitely a "Football Playin' Jesse"....
    Adopted Bolt: Kimani Vidal RB

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

Doesn't mean they should be. If you are including Richardson, imo he is a 3rd rounder. After Bryce Young and CJ Stroud you are taking your chances.

I'm not high on Levis either.

Thats fair. There are numerous QB needy teams so all 4 will be drafted high.

But if Richardson gets the right coaching and evolves as a passer look the fuck out! He is a physical marvel. Jeremiah suggested you bring him along and he doesnt start year 1, as even Mahomes didnt

Maybe, but he is a project imo. If you can't throw well in college, it don't get easier from there.
And he said dumb things too, like...."i don't care if recievers think i throw too hard, catch the ball".

Just seems like Kyle Boller to me as a passer.

I don't see a sure fire franchise QB in any of them. Richardson if he can develop has the highest ceiling. They will all get over drafted top 10. Which helps Chargers at #21 to get a very good player.
Who has it better than us?

Maybe but no player in the entire combine has seen their stock rise more

I think they are all more interesting than Kenny Pickett, who is now an NFL starter for an excellent franchise

A player like D. James could drop at 21 ?

Nolan Smith is D. James playing DE.

Oline group 2...watching recording. Voorhees was moving really good in a drill, and then took a dive...looked like his right knee buckled as he was cutting left....total bummer. Hopefully just a sprain.

Prospects who looked good, quick, and smooth running drills.

                      Schmitz
                      Stromberg
                      Wypler
                      Wright
                      Mauch
                      Wright
                      Torrence
                      Skoronski

Gotta admit...Wright looked REALLY good in the drills...very smooth and explosive...if we are in fact in need of a RT come draft day, I very much like what I see. In fact...I thought Wright was better in the drills than Skoronski.

There was a prospect in this group named Sidy Sow...he did very well in testing and drills...scouting reports are not great. I have not seen the tape on this guy, out of Eastern Michigan...but he sure looked good in drills and testing. Maybe just raw?

John Michael-Schmitz, one of my favorite prospects, did not disappoint. He didn't wow anybody testing...but looks like a pro in the drills...very quick to react, move, change direction.

Staley will have him playing 5 different positions to make sure he doesn't excel in any one.

Had a prety good combine from what I saw. Ran like a 4.39 or 4.41. Edge is an area of need to be sure.

Chargers will have options at 21 it seems and WR might be a reach more than TE, Edge or RB
