With the probable departure of Ekkie, need a solid RB in this draft...I kind of like Tahj Brooks of Texas Tech...nice balance, vision, tough to tackle, and 230#...also saw Bucky Irving in Oregon game...tough little scatback...either one could be good value in mid rounds...

I agree we need a CB and will need an edge as prioritys when one of Joey or Mack goes. Rumph hasnt been that effective.

But it also depends on the off-season. We are only looking at the obvious right now.
One guy thinks we should resign Mike D. Another (Me) says let him walk?
We will need a TE. Parham is mediocre at best.

I'd be fine with keeping Mack another season with some sort of contract redo or something. Joey.....gotta go and he is young enough to get something for him.

I'd try and trade all three of Joey, MW and SJD. The latter may bring nothing but a 7th or nobody wants to spend a pick and we cut him.

A penetrating DT/3Tech type would invigorate our defense. We need a Corner and a Safety. And a LB.

Re OT it is early and there is plenty of creativity possible with this depth. I like Troy Fauntanu of Washington. Salyer can play OLT. Zion to Center if Linsley retires. There are always midround OGs (even Fautanu, with his projected position flexibility).

We have a lot of holes to fill...starting with HC...
