He says that every year and others have been suspecting we draft a QB since 2016 and we haven't. TT still says they don't heir due diligence.
And they may draft a QB this year as Geno sucks but it won't be a first round pick to replace Rivers. I've always said after Haskins, you Have a bunch of backups in this class.

Murray has big talent but still think his height will hinder him some but he will go early now that he measured at 5'10"......which is interesting since the OK AD said they measured him @ 5'9 5/8".

as mentioned before, will be surprised if Murray doesn't go one overall, and.... do think Stidham is gonna cost us our first if we were to be interested in him.

That's some write-up. Nothing surprising about the QBs, it's a weak class. If you need a decent backup, this is the class to get one.

Nice to see Simmons coaches giving the NFL GMs good thoughts about him and saying he is a good kid. @ #60, I'm in on him.
RBs, I'd take a late flyer on Dexter Williams, BryceLove or Alex Barnes but don't think we really need one unless they don't resign Gordon. Then it's a need. Ekeler isn't a #1 RB.
Some good mid round WRs too if TWill walks.

I am a big fan of David Montgomery form Iowa State. Hope he doesn't run a better than expected 40.

No chance they use a first on a QB. When TT says today they want to hit it big with their first, he wasn't talking about a QB who isn't going to play. They are eying a bigger playoff run. Also pretty sure that like every one else they don't see Stidham as a first round talent.

Said that today. Wud can confirm and did in this thread post #249. He said he also heard it on SiriusXM radio. Don't know if we go LB but DT,OT or LB I'd be good with but if they resign Perryman like he wants, doubt it is LB.

Stidham is not a franchise QB lol. Even that site you like draft Network gives him no love. There are 2 franchise QBs in this draft and one is 5'10",

the draft network guys are Patriots fans and my conspiracy theory is that they are purposely playing down Stidham in hopes that their Pats can draft him, :tongue:

ps. thought you said there were nothing but backups in this draft @QB ?? ....(what happened ?)
