That seems really dumb on the NFL's part. His case as been settled years ago and he has been a model citizen ever since. If they think it's bad enough, why give him a chance at the NFL at all. Looks this will at least cost him a top 10 selection and some team in later round of the 1st round might snag him.

Well i sort of expected this to happen. I knew it would pop up. You hope it drops Simmons. That would be a Derwin type fall. Only with a red flag. I think its in the past though. But that video was ugly.

Ugly incident when he was in h.s. Seems to be in his past and he took responsibility. It will drop him question is how much? 28 I hope.

I wanted to draft a DT at 28 but our Lb core is razor thin so I have a feeling it will be best Lb available.

for me, 'tis hands down.... Dexter (the difference maker, and.... would still nab him even if I had already inked Danny Shelton to a FA contract/deal)

I never fall in love with a certain player. I am in the camp of BPA in the PON (DT, OT, LB, FS, etc..).

Good list, beach. Dexter would set up our whole defense. The money shot is that he has surprising cardiovascular strength. Dude can give us a lot of snaps.

I'm just not as enamored as the rest of you with NTs in a pass happy league.
