Like getting extra picks, it's just Telesco has never traded down so though I think he is due, that wouldn't be a real surprise but a pleasant surprise,.... to have him trade down twice would be a big surprise.
Will he do it once? Well I hope so.

Ravens GM Eric DeCosta On 2020 Draft
April 9th, 2020 at 9:32am CST by Dallas Robinson
Fresh off a 14-2 campaign in 2019, Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta is now set to conduct his second draft as Baltimore’s top front office decision-maker. Holding the 28th pick in the first round, the Ravens could go in any number of directions to supplement an already talented roster.
Let’s take a look at the highlights of a draft-centric conference call DeCosta held with reporters earlier this morning:- The 2020 draft is thought to contain one of the best wide receiver classes in recent memory, so much so that DeCosta believes Baltimore could find an immediate contributor as late as the fifth round, per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic (Twitter links). Unsurprisingly, DeCosta expects Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb to be off the board by the time the Ravens pick in Round 1, and Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs will probably also be gone. But Baltimore could have a choice between options like Justin Jefferson (LSU), Tee Higgins (Clemson), Denzel Mims (Baylor), or Laviska Shenault (Colorado) at the end of the first round. DeCosta and the Ravens selected two wideouts — Marquise Brown and Miles Boykin — in the top three rounds of the 2019 draft.
- Don’t expect the Ravens to attempt a move back up the board. “In general, trading up is dangerous,” DeCosta said, per Zrebiec (Twitterlinks). “It’s a little bit risky. I’d like to have 10, 12, 14 picks in every draft all things being equal.” Baltimore currently owns nine selections. If DeCosta wants to move that total into the double digits, he’d need to be trading back instead of up. Indeed, DeCosta said he would only consider a trade up for an “elite player.”
- The Ravens depleted their tight end depth a bit by trading 2018 first-rounder Hayden Hurst to the Falcons, and DeCosta said it would be “foolish” for Baltimore not to consider adding another tight end at some point in the draft, tweets Zrebiec. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman runs a tight end-friendly scheme, but the Ravens currently only have three options on their roster: Mark Andrews, Nick Boyle, and Charles Scarff.
- Baltimore may also consider adding talent in front of quarterback Lamar Jackson. “Offensive line is something we definitely want to address in this draft,” said DeCosta, according to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com (Twitter link). “We see some talent in all the rounds. It would be great if a guy in the first round that we thought was a really good player fell to us.” Given the presence of Ronnie Stanley and Orlando Brown, the Ravens don’t necessarily need immediate help at tackle, but DeCosta feels all the projected first-round tackles have the capacity to move inside to guard(where Baltimore does need help), as Zrebiec tweets.
5/11 Fuaga, 37 Kamari Lassiter, 40 Sinnott, 67 Bralen Trice, 69 Cedric Gray, 105 Jaylen Wright, 110 Braelon Allen, 140 Joe Milton, 181 Khristian Boyd, Tylan Grable, 225 Daijun Edwards, 253 Miyan Williams

https://www.latimes.com/sports/chargers/story/2020-03-28/chargers-nfl-draft-needs-at-each-position
looking over who we lost last season and how their replacement process is coming along.... ??
QB * Phil * personal opinion is that it is flat out irresponsible to draft Verrett @QB.... wondering how Tom feels about drafting Jason in hindsight ?? if they are dead set that Herbert is a rock solid option, then so be it, and.... if not, there is no excuse in the world that justifies drafting him based on need.... good way to sink your Chargership…. Cam as our chaperone/ambassador into/unto LA makes so much sense, and.... if he doesn't pan out, so be it.... we move on and repeat the process next offseason.... do not bust.... do not waste a 6 overall pick on a signal caller you are unsure about, pls.
RB * MG, Watt * cupboard is pretty bare, and another grave mistake waiting to happen if we roll into the season w/JJ 'n Austin as our lead tandem/combo going into game one, and.... same mistake can be made again if we select someone like Zach Moss, who is apparently all that.... when he sees the field, and.... ditto of sorts w/Jonathan Taylor.... dude has a lotta mileage on his wheels, and.... he might be great, but why take that risk given his durability concerns/college workload, when there is a D'Andre Swift or possibly JK Dobbins .... be smart/wise team TommyJohn (aka don't bust/disappoint).
WR * still Tyrell, Cantrell, Dontrelle, Travis B. * not sure that Darius Jennings nor Tyron Johnson are gonna be much of an answer as we still have a hole left by TW, still looking for that promising unheralded rookie/draft pick that some thought we had in Cantrell, or the dependable Rivers out when needed in Inman, or the take the top off the D w/Travis.... leaves alotta holes and wondering if we can nab enough to right the ship here, as both Keenan and Mike are both a bit of an injury concern (knock on wood), as we obviously have needs elsewhere, and have two starters atm + Ekeler.
TE * Culkin * are we good w/Mr. Parham here.... hopefully so
OT * Russell * Scott, Tevi and now Storm.... are any of 'em gonna prove sleepy nights elixirs for Tyrod or Easton ?? is Tua/Justin really more important/likely to be the best avenue for this franchise atm ?? would it not be wise to not only bring in a rookie OT, but to sign someone like Jason Peters to hedge/help in his development ?? ….(remember the mantra.... do not bust).
OG * Scho * personally not so sure Dan hasn't had chance enough, save for an audition @his natural/original position @RG, and wonder if Lamp is gonna fare any better, 'specially given his track record to date.... again personally, sure would make alotta sense to draft someone like Wirfs who could lock down left guard if and when needed, supply a hedge against Pip and any other rookie LT drafted.
OC * Pouncey ? * some think he's gonna play out his contract, and some of us prefer that he go his way, and that we make the OC a priority in the draft, given of course that Cesar Ruiz is still on the board day two (know he's slotted to go early, but recall thinkin' he was more of a third rounder when first taking a look @him ?) ….and just don't see Dan in the pivot (just no)5/11 Fuaga, 37 Kamari Lassiter, 40 Sinnott, 67 Bralen Trice, 69 Cedric Gray, 105 Jaylen Wright, 110 Braelon Allen, 140 Joe Milton, 181 Khristian Boyd, Tylan Grable, 225 Daijun Edwards, 253 Miyan Williams

NT * Slyvester * guess he's not comin' back, and am all about Leki in the draft.... will/would he last 'til the fourth ??
DT * Square * people are pointing to Tillery's shoulder.... (as the reason he finished dead last in DT rankings ?), and think we've still got something there.... JJ has had his moments.... will he become more consistent or is he more a rotational journeyman (backup), and what about Cortez.... is there anything to his game (why do they play him @the nose ?)…. Derrick Brown would be amazing, and.... given that we won't be making any SB runs this next season, don't see the value in going DT when there are similar value OTs, and of which is a much bigger/more pressing need ('specially LT)
WIL * Jatavis, Thomas Davis * and we still have Drue and now Vigil here.... is that enough, or do the DieHards win out and we select Isaiah ?? and are Drue and/or Vigil adequate as backup to Denzel or do we need to hedge a guy that had a hard time playing even half a season a season back, and that some said fell off a bit from his season before ?? not sure how the draft plays out, and.... looks like we will be looking LB sometime day three if not round three ??
DIME * AP * conventional wisdom/popular opinion is that Chris Harris will take over nickelback duties, and that Desmond will take up where AP left off @dimebacker
CB * Trevor * Tom did good in bringing in Harris, who reportedly will play more slot corner than boundary, and so the question remains, are we ok/good w/the likes of Mike D. opposite Hayward ?? lotsa talent @corner in the draft, and Telesco reportedly shared that we would be looking OT/CB in the draft ??
S * Jaylen * personally still not sure if Roderic is a S, as thought he came into camp last year listed as a CB ?? does King play some both of S & CB for us this next season ??5/11 Fuaga, 37 Kamari Lassiter, 40 Sinnott, 67 Bralen Trice, 69 Cedric Gray, 105 Jaylen Wright, 110 Braelon Allen, 140 Joe Milton, 181 Khristian Boyd, Tylan Grable, 225 Daijun Edwards, 253 Miyan Williams
