Playing on the road, against a shiny new Quarterback? (And we're replacing a really good quarterback with a journeyman as a stop gap?)

very possible.......whenever there is a long road game that Chargers are supposed to easily win, both fans and players seem to walk in way over-confident and flat....... and we are missing James....

maybe Lynn can keep that from happening?.....

and Burrow is not the typical immature rookie QB.....they will have approach of nothing to lose.....

Meaningless - what other rookie QB's did has nothing to do with Joe Burrow.
I sure hope the Bolts win but I doubt it'll be because of Burrow. He's a very accurate passer so I expect their passing game to be good. Hopefully, Gus will mix up coverage's making it difficult for Burrow to find the open receiver.

QB isn’t a question mark. Tyrod is a game manager, not Phil type elite passing game, but doesn’t turn the ball over. We are going to run the ball 30+ times a game, deep strikes off play action, move the pocket with bootlegs, and play field position.

Feeney is very good in the ground game which favors our new offense.
Tevi is the big question mark as well as Pouncey’s health.

I hate to bring up memories that are better off suppressed, but I believe Drew Lock beat the Chargers in his first NFL start last season. It wasn't a Week 1 game, but it was his first NFL game.
