Joe Brady is not only closer in age to his players, he is also importantly younger than/closer in age to our FO decision makers.

seems to me the two QBs on the market will be Trevor and Justin, and the two young play calling HCs to be are Brady and McDaniels ??

eye know which one has shown how he is w/his players as HC, and what he thinks of @least one team's FO.... JB pls.

ps. Flores is also a fair bit younger than Bowles, so not sure quite how apt that comparison/analogy might be ??

I would like to introduce Phillip Rivers as our next Head Coach. Who wouldn’t want to be the OC and DC for him. Not sure Rivers will be With Indy next year with his new foot injury.

Strange take. Rivers played well with the injury, not sure why after getting it fixed he couldn't play again.
And he has already said he has a coaching job waiting for him when he retires and it isn't in the NFL.

Herbert hasn’t really regressed so much as finally having a really bad game. It was bound to happen given that he’s only a rookie. Teams have more tape now.

Schwartz isn’t that great as a DC either.

I have thought about Schwartz but if I were going to once fired DC route, Chuck Pagano would be the top of the list. Followed by, Todd Bowles or Dennis Allen (yes he was not good with the Raiders but that was organizational - I think being around Payton may be a postive)

I know this - I still think its Caldwell, Kelly, maybe even Harbaugh. Or I thought of this combo --Riddick as GM and Josh McD as HC.

It’s funny but completely untrue. You still have the Jags, Jets, and Detroit to name a few. We’re in a better position than a lot of teams.
