The league could do some other inside stuff to make it hard for Kroenke to do business... like take draft picks, fines, no superbowl, bad scheduling, etc. I don't think he could contest those if he's breaking league by-laws, except taking it to court and testing anti-trust provisions.

Or the league could provide a carrot and say that he can move provided he allows another team to share a stadium and then say with that comes at least $400M for him to use to build his new place.

Perhaps the Save Our Chargers coalition should be doing something to raise money to keep the Chargers here. I would think an additional $7,500 per season ticket holders in the form of a pre-PSL would get the numbers in the ballpark if they can get 40,000 seat commitments.

Technically, I proposed "pre-PSLs." CSAG has already used $60M in PSL to help the public end of the financing. My proposal was for the season ticket holders to come up with the additional $300M I think will be needed to sweeten the pot from the public's end, which comes to $7,500 in addition to the $3,000 average already budgeted.
