Been watching Orlando Brown Jr at LT, he holds up well, and doesn't seem to ever need TE blocking/chipping help
footwork looks smooth, not Stanley smooth but decent for a behemoth
We don't have to extend him immediately, we can rent him for a year and offer him a solid contract next year if it's a fit.
This is the last move on the OL for me in FAP1. Block Destruction - Ogbonnia
P2. Shocking Effort - Eboigbe
P3. Ball Disruption - Ford
P4. Obnoxious Communication - Henley

He certainly nailed his early picks. Two 1st Ballot hall of famers and a multi year pro bowl QB.
If you win then the Cap problem is a good problem to have.Who has it better than us?

I think his plan was to get Linsley (I think a great move) and a mid tier interior offensive lineman in FA, retain Davis, retain Henry (at the right price), wait on FA bargains that help during days 5 through the start of the season that will help the roster (not impact players but solid contributors or depth, guys like what Vigil or to an extent Joseph were last year), and get that offensive tackle in the draft.
That seems like a reasonable plan and he's executed it fairly well so far.
I'm an Angels fan and every year they strike early in FA and sign a big name and then at the end of the offseason the Rays waited to sign a mid level pitcher who didn't get a deal to a small contract and he plays 90% as well as the guy the Angels signed and the guy the Angels signed gets hurt half way through the season and they can't afford the back up depth. TT has filled the biggest needs with good players and is just waiting out the market to get the deals. I'm not worried.
Furthermore, Telesco has now created a situation where he will be drafting more for need than BPA; never a winning quality. I'm not trying to be a pessimist, but I would love nothing more than to eat crow because he selects a tackle at 13. But I just see no way he does that with significant needs at linebacker (they need more speed), CB, safety, RB, and WR/TE.
Staley and his staff will need to be true wunderkinds for this to work out and maybe they will be.
Lastly, this tells me this will be a two year process. Maybe I was naive to think they could "right the ship" in one off-season.
