Be nice to bring in a veteran IOL, CB depth, rotational S, some sort of pass rusher( end or edge), and another RB to compete with Rountree, Jackson, and Kelly.

Thats the DB I kind of want to take a look at .
Sherman is pretty old - and I don't see him on the Chargers radar and he was injured a lot last year
Hooker - might be cheap but if he is injured - how does he help
Hayward - he was released once - doubt he is coming back. Will probably go where Sherman doesn't - meaning the Saints, Niners
Steven Nelson - -just signed Samuel

But Conley - yes, the ultimate boom or bust type candidate and should be cheap

I think if Telesco signs anybody - will be those positions
Can't have enough depth at those positions

I think the Chargers have about 9-10m of cap space exlusive of the rookie class , practice squad and in-season slush fund.

So if Telesco wants - he has the ability to get a 2-3 guys making a couple million per year - which at this time of the year - isn't bad for veterans.

Do they pull triggers now or wait for the June cuts? I think adding some DB depth makes sense, not sure they need OL depth or not with all they added already? You guys will let me know.

June cuts are not as prevalent as in years past. As you can cut the player now and designate as a June 1 cut (Brees, a few guys on the Eagles) and it works the same way.

There might be more players released because of the draft and of course, end of training camp.

If Telesco has his eye on a player or two - I would strike quickly - they have the money unlike some other teams which still need to cut players to get under the cap to sign draft picks

Just keep in mind that TT will save some space for in season injuries so don't expect to spend it all before the season.
