Bosa will use these downs to rest. His presence near the Oline presnap will attract the olines attention freeing up other pass rushers.

I can see him dropping down in the middle of the field to disrupt the crossers then LBs go in on a delay blitz.

In all seriousness, OLBs cover shallow Zones almost exclusively,
          the flats, in the StaleyD.

          We got this.

Credit where credit is due: You were right, I was wrong.
Bosa will be in a 2 pt the majority of snaps, will do some pass drops.
          ...Ala Lights Out?

My favorite new Coach Staley terms = “competitive stamina” “burst to finish”, & “F-Kee”

97 dropping into zone coverage looks strange

              Longer version……

Somehow I get the feeling that this guy is constantly in the back room sharpening his blades and enjoying all the new toys he has to play with. Kind of funny but you almost need a coach with boundless energy and enthusiasm to keep that boat chugging along. Right now it looks like some of the players are just going with the flow but they're going to need his solutions during the season it will all make sense to them why he's doing what he's doing.

Anyone notice at 1:15 how Staley suggested to KA "we should name that route after you." Now THAT'S how you get a semi-Diva wideout on your side! Give the guy some praise...and I'm not even saying Slayer is a headcase-type diva, but he, like a lot of receivers, does have a bit of diva swag in him--wants to be respected and appreciated...I really like how Staley praises the players, but also finds a positive way to give constructive criticism...

I love it. Just refreshing to see a HC with this much energy that knows both sides of the ball. Not surprised if he knows ST by heart as well.

He really does seem different than most past Chargers coaches to me, which is so very refreshing.. I believe he has the look of a potential franchise changing coach!!

Can’t wait for the players to play hard and “show up” on their season opener for coach Staley

After watching that, I wanted to go out and run through a brick wall for Staley.

I can't wait for the season, this is so different than anything I have seen since Boss Ross. Even though they are not the same they both had "IT" and you could feel IT when they speak.
