Maybe they should take a look at Jaimes at OT. He shows up well at a OG and he did play OT in college. They sure can't be pleased with Pipkins and Norton.

I would expect this in the next preseason game, it’s what it’s for.

I’m starting to think Pipkins will do more damage than good on this roster. Might be necessary to cut him now. Not sure if there’ll be anything better on the waiver wire, but we have a ton of late round picks in 2022. Some team should be willing to trade a serviceable tackle for a 6th to replace Pipkins.

Cortez Broughton

It seems like he's invisible to me. Don't think I've read his name in training camp reports or seen him make a noteworthy play in preseason or any other games. Is he worth keeping over the fire hydrant that is Forrest Merrill, who manages to make a noteworthy play or two in each of the last two preseason games? I don't know. Seems like he's firmly in the DL5 spot, but should he be?

That used to be Pipkins, but after yesterday’s shit show, the riddle has become solved.

The new riddle players are: Proehl, Anderson, Jackson, Bradwell, Broughton, Gaziano, Hall, Daniels, Stick, Campbell, and Brannon.

Stick, Hall, Brannon, and Bradwell are trending up.

I’ve seen enough of KJ Hill, Jessie Lemonier, Joshua Kelley, and Pipkins.

Agreed. Broughton has had a good camp and this style of defense suits his play very well

I know we can only keep so many DL, but I think we’re going to keep six (four DE and 2 NT). That would mean Gaziano is competing with Broughton, and Fehoko is competing with Merrill.

I’d give the edge to Fehoko and Broughton for now, but saw all 4 of those guys make plays last night.

Fehoko had a great rep where he drew a double team that allowed Yarbary to blow up the backfield. Coaches love that shit.
