    And Fackrell has been good.

When I see players blowing plays so far it's:

    1. Tillery
    2. Murray
    3. Davis
    4. Nwosu
    5. White

On defence DB apart of being thin group is not the an issue.
The issue is same since when I started following Chargers - LB and D Line.

TT philosophy to threat trenches as 2nd fiddle to other positions is wrong.

If we need to stay with Tom due to his relationship with owners I just hope he has learnt on his mistakes and as he eventually invested in OL this year next year DL will be a force.

Hate to resort to PFF but there's a lack of good stats on this. 70.6 grade last year. Which is good.

Clearly he's better than Tillery at this point. Or Banks. Or Gaziano. So of course him being out hurt.

*shrug* not much else to say.
He showed promise last year I’ll admit that. 5 TFLs which isn’t bad. But he was still inconsistent.

Defense is a team effort but we have Joey Bosa. If Bosa gets paired with another effective DL then our D line shouldn’t get torched on run plays.

I don’t expect the world from him because he was only a 3rd rd pick. There is more disappointment in Tillery than Jones.
Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:

        - 69-74 record
        - 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
        - Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
        - 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
        - 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
        - Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
        - Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

I think the answer is pretty straightforward at time. Have Justin Jones on running downs, and Tillery in on obvious passing downs.

Have you seen our next 5 games? KC, LVR, Cle, Balt, NE. Yikes. They couldn't throw us a Jets or Jax in there?

And Harris played well week 1. He fits this defense very well and we're underselling his impact.

And Joseph still has some tread for 25 or so snaps a game.
Yup on Adderly, Harris, and Joseph. Especially Adderly. He needed a good game the most.

They’re all winnable games. We just need to take care of business one at a time.

This is what I was thinking. Just play the game. They have known 16 or the 17 teams since early January. Just didn't know the week. Just execute better, tackle better, coach better, practice better.

I'd be shopping Tillery for a RT
