And here is another article from a couple of season ago when the Saints still had Ingram. When I think of the Saints, I first think of the efficient passing of Brees, but it’s also important to note how talented the offensive line have been through the years, how effective the running game has been, and how the RBs have been used in the passing game, which has been quite unique really.

The Saints have the league's best scoring attack. From the quarterback to the supporting cast to the playcalling, Fran Duffy delves into head coach Sean Payton's prolific offense.

        Agree.
JK will only be in his 2nd season. Young dudes sometimes take a minute to figure it out. He has some quality tools.
I want us to draft another RB with size to compete.
We already have JJacks and JReed that could fill AE’s role if need be.

The Chargers need the OL the Saints have and you can pick your RB next to Ekeler.

Chargers fix the OL like the SAints have done... thats the key

I'm not sure there's another back in the league that can do all the things Kamara does and do them as well as he does.

Give Lombardi and Smith an OL that plays well as a group and we'll have a run game that includes RB receptions.

Hoping Frank Smith can teach Pipkins some nastiness in his game so he can chew a knee cap or two.

I just hope Staley and the coaching staff spend as much time preaching to Telesco and his staff (Woote, et. al) about the OL as much as this board talks about needing a better OL.

Telesco its not a want - its a need.

The secret sauce to so many of these sustained great offenses are quality O-line play. Manning had good perpetration in Indy. Brady and the Pats had it for years. Brees and the Saints have it. And Mahomes has it...at least he did until the Super Bowl. Hell, during our run from 2006-2009 we had a really strong O-line.

The oline needs to meet the QB's specifications in a manner that (the o-line is an extension of the QB's intended expression.) See that's the difference between Manning in his prime era vs 95% of the NFL. Where the o-line was merely an independent unit that protects the QB and provides running lanes his oline was an extension to his on-field generalship. It went past simple chemistry as the oline seemingly WAS and extension to Manning's conscious. Sort of like Ironman's suit.

TT...get to work with that oline. Herbert aka Thor needs his belt, Hammer, and Battle Ax!!!!

                        Herbert....umm go for the Head!!!

To me - it really is a simple offseason for Telesco.
                          Oline
                          Special Teams

Sure, it would be nice to draft a young CB (its almost a need actually) and add more Front 7 depth in the draft. I get the organization needs to figure out MW and HH - because part of the solution to the OLine is cap space and drafts. But improve the OL and SPecial teams and those will drive the biggest overall benefit to the team.
