I’m most excited to see Rashawn’s screen game. Hitting blocks in space seems to be something at which he excels. I’m sure Staley will wanna utilize Slater’s agility early and often.

Am I the only one who thinks it’s weird to add an extra game without also adding a few extra roster spots? Football’s rough. Bodies wear down. Bump the active roster to 56.

Oh wait. Then teams would have to pay em. Let’s only let ownership and the league capitalize.

They expanded the practice squad and relaxed the IR rules quite a bit during the pandemic. They are keeping those changes to accommodate the extra game. So, they are addressing it but yes, they are being a bit cheap about it.
