I think after this season dea would have legal rights to determine mental incompetence on Dean if he keeps Staley. This season is sort of like the final baseball bat smash over the head for even Dean.

Unfortunately, this is true. Talent acquisition processing MUST BE CHANGED. Not just talent evaluation and addressing need, but leveraging draft capital, better understanding how to extract strengths of drafts in 3-4 year periods and how you best fill those needs with talent available. Pay structure of positions, better free agency value & more thorough medical testing.

The only way to get off the carousel is hire the right guy. They haven’t done that. Other teams spend cycles trying to find a franchise qb. We get lucky in that regard but unlucky with coaches
