the opposite would be the to not question coaching and gm moves AT ALL and just say well they see these guys in practice all the time or they know more than schmucks on an internet forum....but...that argument is dependent on if you like the coaches and gm. clearly, there is more benefit of the doubt with a coach/gm who has only been on the team for 2 years.....

TT on the radio (1360) does believe that this team is better than the one losing against KC in the season ender. Reiterates belief that the 3 RBs are a good group, and doesn't necessarily believe that a franchise RB is better than a RB by committee, and is not a high priority. Says that there may be as many as 8 different options at 17, including trading down.

I don't know why reporters even bother to ask GMs anything prior to the draft, lol. Liars month indeed.Originally posted by Bolt-O View PostTT on the radio (1360) does believe that this team is better than the one losing against KC in the season ender. Maybe Watt right now is our best option. Myself id like to have Erving playing OC than Watt which would let Watt move to OG. IMO its a win-win. Then again, if we draft Scherff, then RG is upgraded as well.Originally posted by richpjr View PostEvery time I read a thread like this, it's always amusing that random posters on a forum (and I include myself in this) know better than the coaching staff and front office about which players should be signed/drafted, which should be starting and where they should play. It's almost as if some think that the team deliberately handicaps itself with poor choices, rather thank doing what they best think puts the team in position to succeed. I get that they are human and make mistakes too, but if they think that Watt should be our starting center, well, why wouldn't they know best? There are trade offs - who is on the roster, who is available and what they will cost, and are other position needs more pressing. But it's amusing that we know more than the team does.
As for random posters knowing better than the staff, it is disapointing reading how good they think Green is but dont use him very often. It was also disapointing how AJ whiffed badly on Mouton, Buster, English by drafting them way too early. Yes i think we did know better and i wouldnt have drafted a player who was in the hospital and slated to never play at all. I also Hated the Gartrell Johnson pick who did nothing here or anywhere else. Just sayin.Last edited by Boltjolt; 04-02-2015, 11:39 AM.

I get it. But remember, a lot of posters on the old board that Billy Joe Tolliver was the answer at QB too!Originally posted by Boltjolt View PostMaybe Watt ight now os our best option.
