Sometimes we expect every player to play like he was a top ten pick.
I think he's pretty much played like a third rounder and I see some improvement - give the kid a break!

Every year I watch them do at best a just satisfactory job in FA. Then every year I pray no one gets injured because the depth they have is so lousy. This year the same as always and they expect a different result.

I also agree there is a huge fear they will waste Herbert's career like they wasted Rivers's.
