Yes, he is a top 7 QB IMO. Their receivers are solid and Williams is a good RB. They have a good secondary.

His cap hit for DEN appears to be $24M per Spotrac if his contract is not restructured. Per Over-the-Cap, DEN had about $39.4 in cap space.
