I remember when Peyton said he reviewed his contract and it didn’t include OT so he pretended to walk away. That was pretty funny.

You say playing, I say taking up space.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

That never day came. It my opinion, it was personal w/ Al.
I heard Marty explain why he had a grudge, and it was against Al Davis. He just felt that Al Davis was only out for himself and didn't care about the league and that pissed him off. Especially when Davis sued the league over the relocation to LA in the early '80s. He also sued the league in 1996 over the relocation back to Oakland. And he sided with the USFL when the USFL sued the NFL in the '80s. Marty said Al was just really self-absorbed and behaved like everything was about him, and screw the league. He just grew to intensely dislike Al Davis over the years and really enjoyed beating the Raiders as a result.

I think Al was a narcissist, as malignant narcissists like to have everything in chaos, because they can navigate it easily and it doesn't bother them. It drives a German like me and Marty, up-a-tree. We like logic, order, and detail, whereas Al enjoyed lawsuits.

At least 2 familiar faces on the Raiders…Perryman and Hayward. The latter created a safety for the Raiders last Sunday.

I hope we can wreck Perryman in coverage. Will be tough running in his direction though.
Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:

              - 69-74 record
              - 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
              - Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
              - 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
              - 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
              - Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
              - Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

The Raiders D hasn’t really had to deal with a potent passing attack yet this year going against run heavy Baltimore, over-the-hill Big Ben, and backup QB Brissett. Their offense, especially Carr, has been pretty impressive but with 3 games of film on them I think Staley slows them down much like he did to the Chiefs.
Raiders OL is suspect. Forecasting heavy pressure.
Our quarterback is a golden god.

I love all the old Raiders, and Maxx Crosby is the living embodiment of Ted Hendricks, but my god, their fans....
