Yeah, that's a tad high I'd say. Did that once to myself when I took too much Robitussin in a day and spiked my BP. Crappy feeling to say the least. In Day's case I wonder if it isn't an inner-ear issue like Meniere's disease.

The guy won 14 majors in a very short period of time and looked a cinch to beat Nicklaus' record. That says something considering there are more good golfers today than there were in Nicklaus's day. Add to that he was the most dominant athlete in his sport since Edwin Moses. He also brought people to the game that otherwise had no interest in it, just like Palmer. I used to root for him before the scandals came out. Now I don't.

Lots of good stories out there and with Woods out I expect the weekend will focus on them. Fox has never hosted a major before and Woods does bring up TV ratings.

I got tired of him before the scandals , didn't take me long to figure I didn't like him, he's a seriously flawed human being, great,great golfer though

Yep, I'm a guy who throws away those measuring cups. Had a bad cough all day so I would take a small swig every now and then. Was driving home when it hit me. Worse than drunk. Got home and laid down for two hours before I felt I could stand up and stay up. Looked it up on the internet and confirmed what I did to myself. I've never touched the stuff since.

Was surprised to see Fox covering golf. Pretty shabby at times....maybe hire some cameramen with experience tracking a golf ball??

Yes, Tiger increased ratings which is why Fox has been talking so much about him. Already said that.

But there are some great stories out there with Spieth, Day and DJ (his just overpowers courses).

Many predicted that his swing would lead to a breakdown of his body. One person (who is there) posted how violently he hits his irons. His off-the-course issues haven't helped him on his road back and I think that has been an issue with his mental game. Personally, I don't see him catching Nicklaus and I hope he doesn't.

I get that, happens at the British Open too sometimes but these guys are off, kinda like the rest of the coverage. I'm enjoying the golf though, the course is nuts!!
