I still believe McCoy would be a decent HC with some good coordinators but I have lost faith because good coaches make tough decisions when someone isn't doing their job.

He should have fired Reich after last season and Pagano in the middle of this season. People need to be held accountable but who knows, maybe his hands were tied by this cheap ownership. In any case, a strong leader needs to take ownership for allowing a loser like Reich to continue to have full control over his offense. He could have taken over the play calling at the very least.
