2. The scheme hasn't evolved.
3. Lack of accountability(?) - See the Donalds' (Brown and Butler) ability to stay on roster.

I think the biggest difference is that we are looking at less than an 8-8 season this year. In fact, one could say that 4 wins will be our limit this year.

The big issue is the same though. The last few years under Norv, there was no consistency in the OL. Constantly shuffling guys around. Same thing this year, and most of McCoy's tenure. But look at the winning streaks both coaches had, and for the most part the OL was pretty solid in terms of the lineup (a couple of injuries the year Norv went 13-3, but we got the injured guys back at just the right time).

The inconsistent offense is almost always a sign of the OL play.

Those are all faults of his but none worse than keeping Reich IMO.

He's the worst OC in the league IMO.
