Bosa has to be ecstatic. DTs collapsing the pocket with QBs having no room to step up, a stud edge rusher opposite him that requires a lot of attention, a corner that can actually cover.

If nothing else, longer down and distance means Bosa and Mack get to pin their ears back and go after the QB. Bosa may do some of that from the inside, but if they know it is coming, it makes their job rushing the QB better.

Meh….you still got Murray and Tranquil in the middle. Mahomes, Wilson, and Carr will still have more than enough time to hit TE’s and slant receivers in 2 seconds as Murray runs in the wrong direction.

Fortunately, Staley is better positioned then you and me in assessing whether Day was
accomplishing his assignments in 2020.

Day's responsibility was to free up Donald.....there exists a duality you need to consider.
Day's job was not to keep Donald bogged down and fail to win his one on one matchups....that's for sure.
