They still have to do something at RT IMO. Storm Norton will get owned by speed rushers like Maxx Crosby again. It is just irresponsible and dangerous to have him at RT.

What about the guy we drafted in the 5th last year? Can he play tackle? If he's not ready to at least backup we should cut bait and move on.

I hope they haven't ruled Aboushi out completely. I get that they don't want to sign him yet, but we still don't have depth inside and while Aboushi hasn't played a full season in a while, he would be a 6th starter type on the OL.

Telesco's very first pick as GM was an OL. He drafted plenty of OL high in the Rivers era, they just all didn't work out for one reason or another.

Not thrilled with hearing Trey Pipkins and Storm Norton are our only options at RT (again). Really hope they drafted someone better than either guy. It shouldn’t be too hard to find someone better even in later rounds of this draft.

Both Pipkins and Norton would have trouble finding a job with any other team if the Chargers cut them, they are that bad imo.

I didn't get that they were the only options, just that they are the only options right NOW. You can only draft players 1 at a time, so the fact that we haven't drafted an OT YET is all TT is necessarily saying.

That being said, our depth in the secondary is as thin or thinner than the OL right now.

Fluker was an OT out of college, later moved to OG in the pros. I don't believe he ever played guard for the Bolts.

Fluke played RT in year 1, but the Bolts later had to kick him inside to RG, and the best they could come up with for RT was Clary...not so good times...

It took the chargers less than 1 minute and 43 seconds to get the zion johnson pick turned in, LOL if that doesn’t show how much they liked zion I don’t know what does. Even when jermaine fell there was zero hesitation…
